The Location

Close to the Tivoli hotel but set back from the road, this villa is in an excellent location just a short walk to the centre of Carvoeiro. You can also walk to three beaches easily, Praia do Carvoeiro, Praia de Centeanes and Praia de Vale Covo. The famous seven hanging valleys walking trail starts at Centeanes beach and it's well worth the effort for the views of the magnificent coastline. Shops, restaurants and bars can also easily be accessed on foot.

Within a short drive are several excellent golf courses including Gramacho, it's also possible to walk to Vale do Milho which is a 9-hole par three course, which welcomes all ages and abilities, so a great activity for all the family. 

For fun days out, Zoomarine aquatic animal park is within a short drive as is the Slide and Splash waterslide park.

The Villa

Through the electric gates and into the enclosed parking area, the villa's entrance door opens to a huge enclosed courtyard. There's a shaded entertaining area with relaxed seating around an outdoor fireplace, charcoal barbecue and even a bar and food prep area with fridges, a freezer and dishwasher. The huge sun terrace has a large swimming pool at its heart and lots of space to enjoy being in the sun. Steps up to a sea view terrace, delightful at sunset with comfortable seating and another outdoor fireplace to take the edge off a chilly evening.

Bedroom with king-size bed, built-in robes, air-conditioning and large private terrace with views over the rooftops and a partial glimpse of the sea. Bathroom with walk-in shower across the landing. 

Ground floor

Bedroom with king-size bed, built-in robes, air-conditioning and a small ensuite shower room. Patio doors open to a very private patio with an outdoor bathroom that features a freestanding bath, a shower and twin vanities. Amazing!!

Dual access kitchen with doors to a rear courtyard where the useful gas barbecue and huge wooden dining table await you. Utility room with washing machine. Beside the kitchen is a more formal internal dining area with seating for eight, spacious lounge with doors to the entertaining courtyard and an eye catching yellow leather suite. Second lounge with a huge TV and even a useful desk if work cannot be avoided during your stay, doors open to a secluded rear patio.

A fantastic villa for larger groups; with multiple patios and terraces there's always a quiet space to enjoy the sun or shade or to escape the rest of the family! Beautifully furnished and the location means that you do not have to rely on a car.

Private swimming pool 12m x 6m with corner steps for access. Pool can be heated for a supplementary charge of £200 per week.
