A very attractive villa located in a quiet residential street in the convenient Pinosol community, the villa sits in private enclosed grounds with lots of sunny terrace around the pool, a shaded naya where you can all enjoy relaxed family dining by the barbecue and there's even a pretty stretch of garden complete with grass and majestic palms. With modern, comfortable furnishings, the villa is well equipped and each bright bedroom has air con to keep you cool and relaxed through the night. Within easy walking distance of a couple of local restaurants, you can also walk to the large supermarket as well as all the attractions at the Arenal which include great shopping, restaurants and bars and a fantastic sandy beach, although we'd still recommend a car for convenience.

Large modern kitchen with attractive units, built-in appliances and black granite worktops, there's everything you'll need whatever your holiday catering regime, there's even a breakfast table and a useful writing desk in case anyone has homework. Open plan, living space with a dining table for six and comfy lounge with TV and log burner for cosy evening at "home" in the cooler months.
Steps from the dining area to a pretty gallery bedroom with a comfortable double sofa bed for extra guests and some storage space, lovely views to the sea from the large window.
Door out to the shaded naya with portable barbecue, it gives you a cooler place to relax with views over the private swimming pool surrounded by sunny terrace and four sun loungers. Steps down to the pretty garden complete with grass that also extends down the side of the villa where children can run around within the enclosed grounds. There's also a small roof terrace with delightful views to the sea, reached by a staircase from an internal courtyard, please take care with younger children.
