Stunning modern villa in one of Vilamoura’s best addresses, a private enclave of stunning modern villas in extensive grounds where you can truly relax. The things that strike you first of all is the scale of the property and the incredible light and views you can enjoy. Seemingly built mostly of glass, every room has a wonderful view both outside to the grounds, the pool and sky but also through the villa so you can easily be connected to the rest of the family, unless you’re in the bathroom. Open tread staircases and the flying walkway to the first floor bedrooms means they are only really suitable for more mature guests and those with a tendency to vertigo may want to choose a ground floor bedroom, they all have floor to ceiling glass and convenient powered blinds for when you need to sleep. It’s an incredible use of space that is sure to make your holiday memorable.


Upper floor

Open tread staircase to a glass-sided gallery that seemingly soars above the living space below. Master suite with king-size bed with views over the grounds, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with bath and shower stall and doors to a glass-sided private roof terrace. The guest suite is reached over the flying walkway; it also has a super-king-size bed, en suite shower room and doors to a private glass enclosed roof terrace with lovely views of the pine trees.


Ground floor

Two bedroom wings each have a king-size suite with built-in robes and en suite shower room and a twin bedroom with wet room shower or over-bath shower, making four suites on the ground floor. Guest bathroom.


The huge open-plan living space has an impressive entrance hall and even more impressive entrance door flanked by water features, there’s a striking glass box office with views over the rear garden, a sleek white kitchen with all the appliances you’ll need, a large family-sized dining table and very comfortable lounge arranged around the fireplace with wall-mounted TV. There’s also a second smaller lounge or snug with TV, that can be separated from the main living area with large wooden sliding doors. 


Huge, glass sliding doors open to the terrace and lawns, there’s a shaded area by the villa with a big sofa set for relaxing and a dining area by the gas barbecue. A walkway leads across to the oversized, black tiled infinity swimming pool and sun terrace, surprisingly private from neighbouring villas. It has an integral splash area for supervised youngsters and a wet seat, steps for access and has wooden decked areas for sunbathing close to the cooling water. Beyond are extensive lawns with shade from mature trees where children can play and high traffic areas close to the villa are sensibly covered in artificial grass.


Lower floor

At basement level there’s access to the garage and there’s another lounge area with TV where the children may enjoy their own space occasionally. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. 


Private swimming pool, 16m x 5m, approx 1m to 2m deep, integrated splash pool and wet seat, steps for access, can be heated for a supplementary charge of £375 a week.
