The villa

They’ve retained all of the character and features of a villa built in a bygone age when they understood how to make the best of the climate and enjoy the sun in privacy. It’s very secluded yet handily located in Vale Covo, within easy walking distance of local shops, restaurants and the superb beaches. You can forget the car and enjoy a relaxed family holiday.

Accommodation

Twin bedroom with air-conditioning, wardrobe, window over the grounds and adjacent shower room. Bedroom with a queen size bed, air-conditioning, built-in robes, and doors to a sunny private terrace. On the other side of the villa is a bedroom with a queen size bed, built-in robes, air-conditioning and a window over the grounds. Twin bedroom with air-conditioning and a window over the grounds. Family bathroom with over-bath shower.

Classic style, spacious kitchen with a useful pantry. Large air conditioned family room with dining table for eight, comfortable sofas, wood burner and wall mounted TV. 

Patio doors open onto a very secluded pool terrace surrounded on three sides by the villa and the fourth side opens to a lush garden. There are plenty of loungers, a shaded dining area and a shaded loggia at the back with built-in barbecue and a pool shower. 

On the other side of the villa and also accessed from the family room is a shaded terrace with a nice wrought iron dining set, gardens and lawn by the shaded car port. 

Steps up to a huge roof terrace with fantastic sea views.

Private swimming pool, 10m x 5m, 1 to 2m deep, corner steps for access, can be heated for supplementary charge of £200 per week.
