The Villa and Location

This could be the perfect villa that everyone seems to be searching for, comfortable, stylish and very spacious with lots of room for the whole family both inside and out; set in beautiful gardens with lawns, mature trees, sun and shade and views to the sea; a large swimming pool with both sunny and shaded terrace close by and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the stunning sandy beach.

Sebastian is one of the original villas in this area, which is why it's in such a great location whilst the owners make sure it's up to date with all the mod cons you need whilst hanging on to the character that ensures you're not staying in a holiday box. Air conditioned throughout and arranged over several levels you should be mindful for the less nimble footed and toddlers and it is a downhill walk to the centre of Carvoeiro and the golden sandy beach. There's a range of restaurants almost on the doorstep in Monte Carvoeiro as well as grocery shopping and bars whilst all the attractions of Carvoeiro are just a few minutes walk away down the hill, including the main beach or try lesser known Paraiso beach if you can manage the steps down and back up afterwards.

Upper floor

Family suite with king-size bed and an adjoining room for a baby or young child; air con, built-in robes and through a sliding door is the bathroom with huge oval bath, ornately finished with Greek-style decorative columns and a matching shower stall. From the ornate gallery overlooking the living space, there's the maids room also furnished with two mattresses if there are extra children. 

Ground floor

Bedroom with king-size four-poster bed, air con, built-in robes, a new en suite shower room and doors to a shaded terrace onto the gardens and the cute pavilion. Bedroom with twin mattresses on a super king-sized base and can be made up as either, air con and ceiling fan, built-in robes, en suite shower and doors out to the garden.

In the grand entrance hall is a guest toilet and access to the kitchen, with its stylish traditional tiles and up to date appliances it's very functional whatever your preferred style of holiday catering and good to look at. The rear door opens onto a beautiful sunny terrace with built-in table that's the perfect spot for summer breakfast with wonderful views. Three steps down into the huge curved living and dining room with a massive wooden dining table, comfortable seating, wood burner to create cosy evenings in spring and autumn and smart IP TV. Doors out to a shaded gallery around the outside of the curved room and steps down to the lower gardens and swimming pool. 

There's a shaded dining area at pool level with a built-in barbecue, pool shower and toilet, lots of sunny terrace and beautiful gardens with a large majestic palm tree, the lawns rise back to the upper level and the garden pavilion.

Private swimming pool, 9m x 4m, 1.7m deep with Roman steps, can be heated for a supplementary charge.
