The Villa and Location

A stunning three bedroom, deluxe villa located in the Pinta urbanisation, you’re close to the two championship courses that make up the Carvoeiro Country Club but it’s the stunning view to the sea down Vale do Lapa that will linger longest in the memory. This really is a beautiful villa; spacious, stylish and well equipped for your holiday relaxation and fun with the family. The beaches and coastline in Carvoeiro are legendary although, being on the western side of Carvoeiro, it’s as easy to drive down to Ferragudo. The sheltered waters are your best bet for a wide range of water sports, fantastic beaches and the town is renowned for its unassuming fish restaurants by the quay, where the catch is still landed. 

 Accommodation 

 Arranged over two floors, on the upper floor is the master suite, with queen-size bed, built-in robes and a sumptuous Romanesque en suite bathroom with bath, shower and even a Juliet balcony whilst doors from the bedroom open to a large terrace where you’ll enjoy the views. Second suite also has a queen-size bed, robes, Juliet balcony and a smaller but still attractive en suite shower room. 

On the ground floor there’s a twin bedroom with adjoining shower room and from the bedroom there are doors to the beautifully manicured lawns. The living space features a huge kitchen, impressively equipped with built-in appliances and a beautiful dining area under a domed ceiling, which gives very interesting acoustics over dinner. The living room is also suitably spacious and features a large TV with plenty of UK channels plus wifi. Doors open to a raised, shaded dining terrace beside the secluded garden and close to the gas barbecue. 

From the garden there are a few steps down to the huge swimming pool which can be heated, it has a retractable cover for safety and to keep the heat in, surrounding terrace is nicely secluded for relaxed sunbathing in pristine grounds. 

Private swimming pool, 12m x 6m, 1.3m to 2.3m deep, powered cover, steps in the shallow end. Can be heated for a supplementary charge of £200 per week.
