All passengers booking with the Villa Company (Travel) Ltd are fully insured for the initial deposit payment and the balance of all monies paid to us in respect of your booking, this is protected against the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements in the case of the insolvency of The Villa Company (Travel) Ltd. Financial failure insurance is arranged by Towergate Chapman Stevens, through IGI Insurance Company Limited. A master policy is held by the Villa Company Travel Ltd and is available for viewing if required.

At the Villa Company we act as UK agents for the owners and managers of the holiday accommodation we offer and, as we are not selling a package holiday, we are not legally obliged to offer any protection for your holiday funds. However we take our responsibilities very seriously and to fully protect all payments made to us we choose to follow the directive of the Package Travel Act and provide bonding arrangements to guarantee the protection of our customers' money. In line with this directive, the villa arrangements we offer are bonded by the IGI Insurance Company Ltd, through the Financial Failure Insurance Scheme, we take this cover on your behalf for every booking made with us.

There are literally thousands of people renting out their own holiday accommodation these days and the choice can be mind boggling as every one competes to make their holiday villa seem more attractive than the rest.
