Set in tranquil grounds with a large pool set just in front of the villa with a pool side dining area and barbecue. The charming owner lives in the neighbouring villa and is on hand only when needed. The village of Civitella d'Agliano is very handy and there is a restaurant and bar just one kilometre from the villa.

From here you also can easily drive to the fascinating Alta Lazio towns of Viterbo, Bagnoregio and the hilltop town of Bomarzo and visit the main attractions of Tuscany, if you can tear yourselves away from the pool.
