This is a very good, small villa, which is well suited to couples and small families. The interior is pleasantly decorated and furnished and is ideal for rentals throughout the year, combining well with the coverable swimming pool. The pool cover is unusual, it can easily be raised on warm days and lowered and fully secured with child-proof locks on colder days or simply to keep children out. The cover keeps the water considerably warmer when closed which is very useful in May - June and September - October. You just manage the heat to suit you depending on the weather, you can even swim on rainy days. The enclosed garden is well maintained and stocked with pretty flowers and there is a permanent gazebo for eating al fresco.

The location of this villa is also exceptionally handy. In a peaceful totally secluded setting on the edge of the village of St Laurent des Vignes, near countryside and just a few minutes walk from the banks of the river Dordogne where you can enjoy strolls in the evening or even fishing. Within a few minutes drive you are in the centre of Bergerac (see more photos).
