Upper floor: Two twin rooms, each with en-suite shower room. Two large double bedrooms (beds can also be made up as twins) and a shower room. All the rooms are decorated with antique furniture.
Ground floor: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room and dressing room. Large living room, with welcoming sofas and armchairs around the TV area with Sky TV, DVD, VCR and stereo, access to the garden. The dining room opens to a large well-equipped kitchen with a typical "Marches" fireplace. From the dining area there is access to the covered terrace overlooking the valley, down to the sea. There is a small office with internet access and a small laundry room.
The large garden has lawns and a barbecue area and is terraced in parts. The large swimming pool has ladder access and surrounded by lawns.
Montefiori is located close to the villages of Cartoceto and Beltrami which are both within walking distance. Also within easy reach by car to Fano, a fairly well-known coastal resort and one of the most important Adriatic fishing ports. Fano is a tourist destination for those looking for quality of life, with a first rate cultural, historical and environmental heritage, enabling visitors within a distance of a few kilometres to enjoy the sea as well as the delightful hilly inland countryside.
Breakfast, lunches, dinners and babysitting can be organised.
Set in the Marche region, in the province of Pesaro and Urbino (just a short distance south of the Emilia Romagna region) at the mouth of the River Metauro. The villa is within easy driving distance of the splendid Renaissance city of Urbino, Gradara Castle, and the impregnable fortress of San Leo.
Sassonia beach is set to the east and the sandy Lido to the west. A number of other wide beaches and small bays are to be found along the coast on both sides of the town at Fosso Sejore, Metaurilia, Torrette and Marotta.
