Villa Company Algarve Villa Rental - Kitchens & Cooking
Modern fitted kitchens are the norm in our Algarve villas with a full hob, oven and a microwave too. There will be a fridge with freezer in your Algarve holiday villa and most Algarve villas feature a dishwasher and washing machine in the inventory. As well as the kitchen, all Algarve villas have barbecue cooking facilities, most are built in on the terrace with an outdoor dining area.
Villa Company Algarve Villa Rental - Comfortably furnished
Living rooms in our Algarve villas are well furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs so you can truly relax. Terraces are also well furnished with cushioned sun loungers, quality garden furniture and parasols.
The bedrooms in your Algarve holiday villa will have ample storage space, hanging space as well as a dressing table and occasional chairs.
Villa Company Algarve Villa Rental - Linen, Maids & Cleaning
Bed linen, tea towels, bath and hand towels are provided in you Algarve holiday villa but you're expected to take your own beach and pool towels. Maid service is included in the price of our Algarve villas with service varying between 3 and 5 days per week. The maid service will make the beds, clean the bathrooms and generally tidy up. For a fee, most maids at our Algarve villas will help with your personal washing and ironing but you're expected to take care of the dishes! Don't feel obliged to work around your maid, she'll generally work around you and be as unobtrusive as possible. And no, you can't take her home!
Villa Company Algarve Villa Rental - Bathrooms & Shower Rooms
Where the number of bathrooms is listed under the property name for each of our Algarve holiday villas, we make no distinction between a full bathroom or a full shower room with either a bath or shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. The facility in each 'bathroom' will be described in the descriptive copy.
Villa Company Algarve Villa Rental - Air Conditioning & Heating
The use of air conditioning where available in your Algarve holiday villa may be subject to a supplementary charge. Similarly, some Algarve villas have central heating or radiators making them attractive for winter rentals. A supplementary charge may also apply. Details of any extra charges will be noted in the description or beside the villa prices.
Most of our Algarve villas also have an efficient wood burning stove. Easy to light and look after, the wood burner will warm up your Algarve holiday villa quite nicely on winter evenings and give an added cosy atmosphere. Logs are cheap and readily available, a starter supply is usually provided.
Villa Company Algarve Villa Rental - Satellite TV
Satellite TV reception in the Algarve is currently changing and many of the free to view stations that were available may soon be withdrawn. Until the policy is cleared up we can only advise that limited channels will be available on the TV in your Algarve villa. Portuguese TV generally uses subtitles on US and UK programmes and films so there's usually something you can watch and understand, any extra programmes will be a bonus.
Villa Company Algarve Villa Rental - Villas with Pools
The dimensions of swimming pools quoted have in most cases have been measured then rounded to the nearest half meter, depths are more specific and are generally accurate. With irregularly shaped pools, the maximum size is quoted. Some pools at our Algarve villas benefit from pool heating and, if so, this is noted in the description. Supplementary charges for pool heating are shown on the price list.
